I need a Programmer for an assignment using R

I am using the program R, alongside Rstudio. It it a stats assignment that is apparently easy but I just cannot grasp the concepts needed in time to finish this by Friday. It uses on data file and the data will need to be sorted and displayed as well as used to make data plots and such. I have attached the assignment summary as well as the data file for the assignment.
