help be develop an R statistical algorithim

I am fairly expert in R, but need a strong R programer to help me develop a new R package. I understand the statistical side and need support on the programing side. e.g., i'll need r to loop through a series of participants and perform the same statistical analysis on each participant, and then produce a summary report.
