genomic R programming help needed

Hi i need help with R programming and prefarbly could you help me by today, its quite urgent. i was tasked to recreate this graph(Figure 9, the scatterplot) with different genes sets in both male and female cohorts, however, i was struggling trying to recreate it. here are some pictures from the original that I am supposed to recreate with my own dataset. thanks
