creating barplots, scatterplots, etc--subsetting lots of data and aggregating

I need someone who can help me code the following figures in RStudio with the dataset above:

A stacked bar plot with the average number of deer tick encounters for weeks 1-11 over the past 13 years on the y-axis. The x-axis would list weeks 1-11. Within the bars, I would distinguish whether the ticks were still found on the skin (rather than bite marks).
My second figure would be almost identical to the first (with the same variables) yet would utilize American Dog (wood) tick data instead.
A scatter plot of total tick incidents (y variable) over the 13 years (x variable) . The data would be split into separate categories based on location (Harvard farm, Tom Swamp, etc,) It would also include a combination of all locations to see if there is an overall trend.
