Tutor for shiny and R (56 dollars per hour)

I am looking for an expert with experience in shiny and R to teach me a few issues around shiny and R.

Payment:
The pay rate is 56 dollars per hour. We will have video calls and during video calls I will ask you questions, and you will answer my questions. You will get paid for the duration of the video calls. I do not expect you to answer my questions straight away so during the video calls you can take a reasonable amount of time to refresh your mind, search different websites or do other things that are needed. If you need more time to answer a question you can take your time and answer the question by email or in the next video call.

Duration:
The work would be 5 to 10 hours per week.
At this stage, I am not sure how many weeks the project would last.
If I am not satisfied with our progress I will terminate the contract but I will pay you for the amount of job you conducted.

Project:
I am working on a coding project, and I need someone who can teach me how to deal with different problems as they come up. So far, majority of my questions are around reactivity inputs and outputs in shiny. I do not need you to conduct the project. I need you teach me how to conduct the project myself in video calls.
