R Studio Cloud Programmer for NHANES data-Urgent

I am looking for an excellent R programmer with experience working with NHANES data. I need someone to write a program to read data from NHANES, merge 3 data files, do simple data manipulation, and conduct some simple descriptive and bivariate statistics on a small number of variables. I want all steps explained as comments so I can teach them to another group. I need to work with package nhanesA and other needed packages. Then, I need the Rmarkdown program for the steps. Once the file is developed, I want to be able to run it in my workspace with no issues.
