Statistically evaluate an existing predictive model

I have an existing predictive model (originally developed in R) which estimates the probability of 3 potential outcomes in a dataset of over 800,000 rows (in .csv format)
I would like to have the existing model evaluated using a range of statistical analysis tools to ensure that it is reliable as a predictive tool.
The deliverable will be in the form of charts and explanations, with some possible suggestions on any improvements.
