R Shiny Application Troubleshooting
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a skilled R Shiny expert to help me resolve issues with my current application.
The application is experiencing various problems.
I require someone who can effectively identify the root of these issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure the application runs smoothly.
Key functionalities that I would like to incorporate into my application are:
- Interactive charts and graphs
- Data filtering and sorting options
- Ability to export data to different file formats
Ideally, I'm looking for a freelancer with the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in R Shiny
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in data visualization and user interface design
- Familiarity with exporting data in different file formats
- Excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth collaboration
The app is almost ready but I need someone to go through couple of things. This app is for visualization purposes using public available datasets (you'll find in tabs "single cell" and "bulk RNA"). The idea is to adapt the RNA as we have the single cell (the datasets are included but the proper functions need to be done. Apart, these's a "Load your data" part to analyze single cell and bulk RNA sequencing using standard pipeline. I need couple of functions there.
You can find them here:

Please let me know what you think and ET to complete it
you can run the app through the file called "run app.r"
You can see the sources (different files) I created to make it work there.
The app is now working so you shouldn't have problems with that
DELIVERABLES
BulkRNA datasets --> Adapt interface (as it is in single cell datasets), include protein activity and download buttons (both images and raw data as it is in single cell dataset tab). Make sure it works properly
Single cell datasets --> Confirm all work properly
Load your data --> make sure pipeline works for both single cell and bulk RNA. Download a folder including the report, images generated and Seurat object with all information
