Seriation R different methods set up

I need a set up in R that reads binary matrices from data_seriation.txt and applies seriation on each of them. I want to try different methods as shown here:
http://www.endmemo.com/r/seriate.php.
The 2nd file uploaded may, or may not give some assistance to set it up.
