Seeking statistical programmer for R analytics and data visualization
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am reaching out to a few statisticians.
The analyses are fairly simple: IRRs or ORs vs reference group, plotting of change over time by year for rates and IRR/OR vs reference group, evaluating change from prior year vs trend.
Also looking at the feasibility of doing multivariate analyses by disaggregating the data into patient level observations.
However the same analyses will need to be done for multiple different splits of the data as well as by geography (US, by State, and by largest US counties).
