Project Add Junior Child Nodes to Hierarchy Tree in R Shiny

Allow the user to interactively add junior child nodes to senior child nodes of a hierarchy tree, using a custom menu with a right-button click of the mouse. Sequential labels are to be added to the senior and junior child nodes as shown in the attached document. Also, the hierarchy tree is to be mirrored in an R dataframe as shown in the attached document.
