R Programmer to make reproducible R Markdown document

I have all the content and plots of the document written, but I need help programming the actual R Markdown document so that it knits to a pdf and has the kind of formatting I want. I'm stuck and I don't have time to figure this out myself. Document will have 4 pages, mix of text and plots
