Plot R Graph

I am looking for an experienced R programmer to create a Scatter Plot graph using both quantitative and categorical data.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in R programming language
- In-depth knowledge and experience with ggplot2 R package
- Familiarity with working with both quantitative and categorical data in R
- Strong data visualization skills
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately represent the data in the graph
