Perceptron scratch in R

I am looking for a freelancer who can implement a Perceptron algorithm from scratch in R. The main objective of this implementation is binary classification. I also require basic plots for the model results to visualize the performance of the algorithm. I will be providing the dataset to be used for this project.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in R programming language
- Strong understanding of Perceptron algorithm and binary classification
- Experience in data visualization using R
- Familiarity with dataset cleaning and preprocessing techniques
