Need help with simple R shiny Webapp development

I'm struggling with rendering components I want to my R shiny UI. This problem most likely has a simple solution but I'm not used to R shiny and I have a limited time frame. I need some expert help.

The Shiny applet I am trying to create is a custom genome browser that takes in data from CSV files that I have on my machine and outputs a display (right now I am attempting to use chromoMap library for this display: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/chromoMap/vignettes/chromoMap.html#My_first_chromoMap but I am open to using a different method).
