Hello, I have a random forest model on r I am working on. So my data has 69 sample points of texture at different depths.
I am using random forest to predict percentage of soil texture based off of topographic covariates.
I have my code but need help with creating a violen plot with the sample size on the x-axis (0,10,25,35,..65) and r square and RMSE on the x-axis.
