Need help to undersatnd stats program 'r' - very beginner level

I would like some help to understand the VERY basics of r.
I am hoping to learn how to manage, analyse and graph data in a reproducible manner using R. I do not know anything about r, so am at the very start - although I do have an economics degree, so understand the theory of data/stats.
