Need help from an R programmer for a project

Currently, a student learning R, and am struggling with a certain question for a project. It's extremely simple for someone who is experienced. I have an rda file of speed dating data, and need to find which age has the best success rate for each gender. After the data is found, I need to organize it into graphs to portray the data for each age to see which is more successful.
