Need an R Programmer (Machine Learning)

I would like an expert in R software (or RStudio) regarding machine learning methods, specifically boosted regression tree, random forest, and classification and regression tree for land subsidence susceptibility mapping. He/she will have to input the data that we have already processed to the R software to produce a susceptibility map.
