Modify an R script to make a graph from data in excell

I have created an R script that reads a label and a value from excel and then plots it on a graph. However, the graph looks a bit untidy. It needs a title, labelled axis, the colors to match, etc.

I would be confident it would take someone who knew what they were doing an hour to adjust.

You must create (or adjust) the R script so I can do this with any data set.
