Map of US fertility clinics

Create static maps and gifs of the location of US fertility clinics between 2004-2018 and provide the underlying code used to make the maps. I will provide the coordinates of the clinics for each year. More detailed instructions are attached. I have a preference for R code or stata code, but am open to others.
