A Machine/Deep Learning model to forecast the power consumption for a given month

I am looking for an experienced machine/deep learning engineer to develop a model to forecast power consumption for a given month. The model will train on historical power consumption data, and the desired accuracy rate for the predictions should be more than 90%. Though I have a general idea of what I want, I am open to suggestions for the best machine/deep learning model to use. The successful candidate must have experience with machine/deep learning modelling as well as software programming skills. The deliverable should include a working model along with any relevant documentation.
