Importing NMR data to R software

I have NMR raw data that is originally saved in the spectromter machine in jeol (jdf) format. I want to import it to R for processing. This task needs a number of R codes that I don't know. There are few methods available in R that I don't how to implement like this: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/speaq/index.html. My data is "Rawdata.jdf" that I cannot share because it is confidential.
