Help me with simple R stats + visualisation

I need help with a client's data of mine. They are employee records (deidentified) and I need a really fast turnaround (< 3 hours).
It's simple R data exploration + visualisation. I need around 4-5 visuals that speaks best to the data.
I already know which variables I need to look at (simple variables from a csv file).
