Finding trends between COVID 19 antibody seroprevalence and cases, morbidity, and mortality
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like someone to write an R program for me that takes in two sets of data: one for antibody seroprevalence by state and one for covid cases, deaths, and hospitalization. I would like to begin by analyzing any trends. Possibly evaluating whether or not there is any correlation between the explanatory variable and each of the response variables. Then I would like to create 3 models, one for each response variable (cases, deaths, and hospitalization) where training data is used to create it and then it is compared to testing data. I would like to receive the r^2 values and the rmse values for each, as well as the f1 scores. It is a requirement as well to use tidyverse as well as a few other basic packages. The whole purpose is to evaluate whether or not antibodies obtained from natural infection have an effect on cases, morbidity, and mortality. Please let me know if anyone is interested! I need this before Wednesday.
