R Expert Needed for Regression Analysis

I'm in need of an experienced R expert who can help me with regression analysis. Specifically, I'm interested in understanding the correlation between variables in my dataset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regression analysis using R
- Identifying and interpreting correlation between variables

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in R programming
- Strong background in statistical modeling, specifically regression analysis
- Ability to interpret and communicate statistical findings

Experience in:
- Data analysis
- Statistical modeling
- Handling and interpreting large datasets

IMPORTANT: Prior experience with Latex would be a huge plus, as the final output will need to be in this format.
