I have a Machine Learning project that I need help with.
It is a multilayer neural network (MLP-NN) problem. I need it done now. This project requires some write up discussion and explanation, with relevant references. The code part needs to be done in RStudio. It requires knowing how to do neural nets, normalisation, AR/NARX, statistical indices (RMSE, MAE and MAPE), etc in R studio.
