R Developer

Hello, I need an R expert who can guide me on a project that I have been working on currently. He/she will help me fix some R code and bugs over a (realtime) screenshare. This is a 1-2 hours screenshare first, then I will need further help. Please share your hourly rates and references. You will need to be expert level on R. There will be a technical interview involved.
