Data anaysis in R

I am looking for a developer who can do some time series prediction experiments using R. The idea is to isolate repetitive patterns using Machine learning and isolate the most interesting ones. As a tool I was thinking on Xgboost / Random forest using the caret framework.
The idea is to perform a series of experiment to slowly get a better understanding of all the choices available. The experiments need to be written in Rmarkdown and code work needs to be reproducible.
