Curve fitting with constraints in R
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are interested to build a new ML/statistics product which is about predictions of assets' prices.
In this first project the overall goal is to develop a script (ideally in R but Python works too) in order to construct the future missing points of a curve by satisfying the given quarterly blocks and imitating as much as possible the shape of the given reference curve.
You should try to shape the curve given the constraints of the problem (the quarter average values should be equal to the constraints presented in the Excel).
Regarding the data please see the attached files below,
"Visual_Example.xlsx" is an example of what you have to do
"Actual_data.xlsx" is the actual data that you have to work for this project
The deadline is Wednesday 20th of April.
