Create a Shinyapp

I need someone to create a shinyapps project (https://www.shinyapps.io/) and also deploy it. There is an open source project provided by endless medical (https://endlessmedical.com/chatbot-like-symptom-checker-free-source-code-download/) but it's only available in English, and I will like to add a new language which is Portuguese. I will provide with the text and you create and deploy the app.
