Code Explanation and Documentation

Hello all,

I have a code that I unfortunately do not understand. I only have comments about which code section is responsible for which process. But I need more information for my elaboration in this area.

I need the following for the code:

- Explanation of the objective and the methodological procedure to achieve this objective.
- Description of the experimental set-up with an explanation of why the set-up was chosen the way it was
- Discussion and evaluation of the respective results (what were the findings).

Specifically:

- Explanation of the content of the code sections (i.e. what essentially happens there, do not explain every line)
- Discussion of the content of all outputs (i.e. what is the main finding, from a graph or table)

The effort is not very much for a programmer. Please only write to me if you are serious.
