Calculate the winner of each sim - R

Have 20 sims of data that shows each row as a game and the top 3 players for each game (3 being the best and 1 being the worst ) and I want to calculate the player with the highest score for each sim (total of their score over the course of the sim).

Want a script written so I can reuse it whenever I want to rerun the simulation
