Build me a small project in Stata

I have two data files from R. They are in .RDS format. Along with 2 data files, there is a small assignment, which has questions to do like Load dataset, and perform a certain functions in R. I want those exact questions and steps/output to be performed into STATA and give me the end result. I also want the person doing it to explain each coding in STATA using * or # before writing each code line.
