Build ShinyR app

I am looking for someone to develop an app (shinyR) that will provide a user interface for some existing R code (attached). in the app the user will be able to enter a few inputs to a model and then the app will spatially visualise the data as a spatially resolved map. I will provide more details, but at this stage i need to know roughly how much this will cost.
