Atlantic Birds Data Analysis - using R studio programming and Report

Job ID: 31178306

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Ecological Data Analysis - using R studio program
I collect here all documents and data you need to complete the coursework assignment on 'Elevational changes in biodiversity, using data from the Atlantic Forest projects.
I provide here the Instruction files, the marking scheme, answers to frequently asked questions, background readings, the data to sue and the associated R script to manage the data to obtain the data ready for the analyses, with the latter also as a template R script to follow for organising the R script to include in the Appendix of the report. I provide birds dataset from the Atlantic Forest and the Cerrado region in South America, part of a large set of data papers published recently by researchers.

Using R studio program:
Use the birds dataset to quantify and test if biodiversity changes across an elevational gradient and if this relationship changes between two biogeographic regions -- the Atlantic Forest and the Cerrado regions.
-Provide a graphical and statistical analysis, choosing an appropriate statistical model for the latter.
-Then do a second analysis, to quantify and test if the elevational biodiversity gradient differs between taxonomic groups (Butterlies: subfamilies) or with the method used to collect the species data (birds dataset). Note: *I've chosen birds data for this assignment*
- Once you have selected the data and question/hypothesis you prefer (refer also to the handout for the Help session), I would like you to briefly introduce the background (read the background papers provided), clearly formulate the questions and aims, then provide a full description of the Methods (Data and Statistical methods) and present the results, including figure(s) and Table(s).
-Then briefly discuss your conclusions, list the cited literature, as well as provide a brief overall summary/abstract.
-Finally, append the R code, following the scheme suggested in the R codes provided for preparing the data for analysis.
