I am looking for someone to help me analyze a portfolio optimization model a programmer created for me created time ago using R software. My goal is to install and run R software on my local computer so I can benefit from the power of market analysis and am looking for a reliable freelancer with a thorough understanding of R language.
Specifically, I have three needs that I require assistance with: install R with all default packages; provide data-sets and libraries for running the model; understand what exaclty the model inputs/outputs are
