Analysis of women safety in Indian cities using Machine Learning in Tweets

I need a .RMD file (just code) in three days. I require the code to perform sentiment Analysis for tweets on tweeter regarding women's harassment. I also need the visualizations in bar chart. I'm attaching the ppt for the reference-based on which I need the code.
