quick design for a patient transfer device -- 2

I would like someone to help me design a very brief patient transfer device to enable transfer from a bed to a bed. It is of rectangular shape and want it to be able to move across via 2 metal poles on rollers similar to that of a rollercoaster design. I want the device to be able to split into three parts in order to remain within size constraints and I have all the necessary widths and sizes. I have small additional features such as a lifted headrest incorporated in the top part of the device and an extendable bottom part for the legs. All designs will be provided.
