The sheet should separate foundations, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and any other structural components you find, with units, measured dimensions, and calculated totals laid out so another engineer can follow the logic without opening the CAD file. Please reference drawing layers or coordinates where helpful.
Accuracy is critical; figures must reconcile with the drawing scales and any notes embedded in the file. I will review by spot-checking several items against the CAD, so your formulas and cell references need to remain visible.
