Upload Survey Questions to Qualtrics
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for an experienced Qualtrics specialist to build a pre-written survey. We need assistance creating the actual survey on Qualtrics and uploading the survey questions from a Google doc to the platform. We are not looking for someone to design the survey as we have already crafted the questions and order, but are open to recommendations for tightening the survey flow.
We have created a survey with two main pathways depending on if the respondent is completing the survey as an individual or an organization. Each pathway has about 30 questions, which are a mix of open-ended, multiple choice, and select all that apply. For the select all that apply questions, some options when selected will generate additional options to choose from. The majority of the questions on the individual and organization pathways are the same and could be duplicated.
We are hoping to upload this survey quickly, ideally within 1-2 days. We will be piloting this survey with a small group before disseminating it more broadly and there may be potential for a follow-on project depending on if there are changes needed from the pilot.
