The survey is intended to gauge interest in the types of professional development seminars/workshops.
The best way to capture their needs is through a web and mobile based survey such as Qualtrics, RedCap or Survey Monkey (SM). Although Qualtrics and SM are widely used, open to other survey platforms.
The survey platform must be user-friendly and one that is cross platform and have desktop and mobile device interoperability. Therefore it should have an app.

Min qualifications
Speak English fluently
Experience in web and mobile based surveys
Must have a bachelor degree or higher,
Will consider advanced undergrad students and anyone with extensive experience
able to meet deadlines
good communication skills, respond to chats in a timely manner
able to use drobox or another file folder sharing
give good analysis
Able to use collaboration tool like MS Teams
Available for video or audio conference
