I am looking for an experienced individual who is proficient in Qualtrics to configure an upcoming employee survey for my organization, which has over 500 members. The expert would also need to manage the post-survey period where they would handle any inquiries about the survey results, issues with the dashboard, and any technical issues employees might face while responding to the survey.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up the survey on Qualtrics and scheduling its release
-Maintaining confidentiality of captured data
- Managing dashboards
- Handling post-survey questions from employees, which could range from technical issues to general queries about the survey
Visualizations Required
The survey data should be visualizable through various means including:
- Bar charts
- Pie charts
- Line graphs
- Heatmaps
- Comparisons
Ideal skills and qualifications
- Significant experience with Qualtrics
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in data visualization and data confidentiality
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with dealing with technical issues or troubleshooting.
