I'm on a learning journey with Qualtrics and need a custom offer for a project build. I've set up a survey and now need help creating an Employee Engagement Dashboard and a Guided Action Plan.

- It should include specific data visualizations such as Bar charts, Pie charts, and Heat maps.
- We need to track several specific metrics for manager engagement scores including the Response rate, Satisfaction levels, and Engagement trends over time.
