Building a Qualtrics Survey from Word Template
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need help building a well-organized survey in Qualtrics based on an existing draft that I have written down in a Word document. The survey consists of a mix of multiple-choice, open-ended, and rating scale questions, as well as questions on discrete choice experiments. The desired output is a Qualtrics file (.qsl file) which I can later upload on my end and make further edits.
Key requirements include:
- Review this request and the attached word document closely and raise questions if any.
- Replicate the survey structure and questions from the Word template into Qualtrics. Ensure that the survey functions correctly and is user-friendly.
- Implement logic and flow where necessary to accommodate the question types and attributes. Specifically, there is a part of the survey that includes randomization. Expertise on this will be greatly appreciated.
I'm flexible with the deadline for this project, but I do expect the freelancer to adhere to a reasonable timeframe. My budget for this project is $50 (for migrating content from word to Qualtrics), with potential bonuses if randomization is built in correctly and if the freelancer is willing to communicate on this task.
