Third party inspection support for Supplier quality improvement
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I am seeking experienced Third Party Inspection Services to support my Supplier Quality Improvement Program. Specifically, I need someone experienced in the area of product quality as a primary focus in plastic molded and or stamping components.
Expected actions from a Quality expert:
Quality:
-Understand the issue/defects at suppliers end
-Root cause analysis of the issue
-Define the action plan
-Implementation of the action plan by the respective supplier
-Audit the action plan and closure
Delivery:
-Not responsible for delivery follow-up. Part-wise, follow up not needed.
-Only need to check the daily total dispatch status planned and raise the alarm to the plant head for any issues/failures.
Deputation : On monthly basis. Initially for 3 months.
Location : Chakan Pune.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that my suppliers meet and adhere to the required industry standards throughout all phases of the product or service delivery. They will verify that supplier products meet quality standards in terms of performance, consistency, and safety.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate should also have experience in developing and managing supplier quality improvement plans. They should be able to identify and develop solutions to quality deficiencies and areas for improvement. They must also be able to monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports.
