This is a senior, strategic consulting role focused on leading Quality Engineering transformation for Banking and Financial Services (BFS) clients. The architect will design and drive full-stack automation, AI/ML-led QE solutions, and risk-based testing strategies, while actively supporting pre-sales, client consulting, and solutioning efforts. The role is remote but requires travel for presales and client engagements.
The position requires 15+ years of QE/testing experience, deep BFS domain expertise (core banking, payments, fraud), and strong exposure to AI-driven QE, including agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, self-healing automation, and multi-agent orchestration across STLC. The architect will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create proposals, SoWs, and RFP responses, define ROI-driven quality metrics, mentor teams, and build QE Centers of Excellence.
