On-Site Quality Inspector Needed in Penang, Malaysia
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Quality Inspector located near Penang, Malaysia for an hourly or per inspection project. The inspector will be responsible for:
1. Conducting on-site inspections as per QIA arrangements at our supplier factory in Malaysia.
2. Inspecting the function, dimension, and appearance of products.
3. Performing on-site reliability tests.
4. Verifying packaging and labeling accuracy.
5. Completing and sending inspection reports timely.
6. Following procedures for non-conformance products.
7. Participating in supplier IPQC processes and training for process improvements.
8. Troubleshooting issues and defects promptly.
9. Collaborating with Quality Engineers on quality control and process improvements.
10. Maintaining strong communication and coordination at the supplier site.
Requirements:
- Based in Malaysia, fluent in English (Chinese language skills a plus).
- Over 3 years of experience in quality inspection with knowledge of AQL sampling plans and inspection tools.
- Degree from a recognized college.
Budget: USD $20-$25 per hour or USD $120-$150 per inspection.
