PPAP Process Flow Diagram Creation

I have an industrial part moving through a formal PPAP submission and the only item still missing is a fully developed Process Flow Diagram. I already hold the design records and control plan, so this task focuses exclusively on mapping the manufacturing process in the depth AIAG expects for a Level-3 package.

I will supply my current routing, key process parameters and any photos or sketches you need. Your job is to translate that information into a clear flow diagram that shows every main step and its sub-processes, including rework loops or inspections where they naturally occur. The end result should allow a quality engineer unfamiliar with the plant to trace the part’s path and understand where controls are applied.

Please work in a mainstream, editable package such as Visio, Lucidchart or AutoCAD so I can make future revisions in-house. A PDF copy for the customer review is also required.

Because this document forms part of an OEM submission, I’m looking for someone who has demonstrable experience producing PPAP documentation for industrial processes. If you have examples—even redacted—of previous flow diagrams or similar quality-planning work, share them so I can quickly confirm fit.

Once I receive the draft, I’ll turn it around within 24 hours with any notes, and we’ll iterate until it aligns with the final control plan. On sign-off, I need the native source file and the PDF.
