Manufacturing QA/Test Plan Engineer

I need a mid-level quality or mechanical engineer to step in on an active manufacturing program and take ownership of our inspection and reporting cycle. The assignment is to create test plans, conduct and assist with inspections and prepare reports for submission to customer.

Deliverables:
inspect and test plan to submit to customer for approval
inspection and test records submitted to customer for production approval
